As a Tourism and Leisure Management Assistant, you will work in the exciting field of regional tourism and learn how to successfully plan, promote, and implement leisure activities, events, and tourist experiences. Your workplace is located in the heart of one of the most beautiful holiday regions of the Ore Mountains – at the Am Adlerfelsen tourist center in Eibenstock. This is what you can expect during your apprenticeship: You will learn to develop, market, and sell tourism and leisure products. You will advise guests and visitors about leisure activities, attractions, and events in the region. You will plan and organize events, guided tours, or activities that promote local tourism. You actively participate in marketing campaigns and regional projects to increase visitor numbers. You work with modern booking and information systems and learn the business processes in a tourism company – from cost calculation to customer billing. What you bring: Interest in economic contexts and organizational processes; Enjoyment of working with people and developing tourism offerings.
