After successful booking, you will receive your online ticket as a PDF file. The ticket contains a QR code that allows you to use the turnstiles for your booked experiences directly.
You have two options: Print the PDF at home and hold the QR code up to the scanner at the turnstile. Or simply open the ticket on your smartphone. The QR code on your phone's screen can also be scanned directly at the turnstile.
Please ensure that the QR code is clearly visible and that your screen brightness is set sufficiently high. This way, you can go straight into the experience without any detours.
The individual attractions cost extra and operate via turnstiles using tickets or tokens. However, there are also many free experiences such as a petting zoo, a castle playground, a pirate ship, a reservoir, and a sky swing!
For larger groups (from about 20 people): it's better to register beforehand – then everything runs more smoothly.
More Wurzelrudi experiences are also available as gifts: Our vouchers can be conveniently booked online and are also available at the ticket office. Whether for ski school, a summer adventure day, or a ski pass – the recipients can redeem the credit for anything, any time of year. The vouchers are valid for three years.
Groups of 15 or more are officially considered a group and benefit from discounted rates. The meal offers are for groups consisting solely of children.

We offer three packages to suit different needs, each offering savings compared to booking individual attractions.
Basic covers your visit to the valley, including the bobsled run, maze, and tire slide, and allows for a stay of approximately one hour. Of course, you can stay longer.
You'll need to plan for more time with Basic+, as it also includes the chairlift ride up the mountain and the return trip on the Freche Flitzer toboggan run.
Finally, the Premium package takes you through the entire park – and includes admission to the lakeside village as well.
Do you like flexibility and want to save money? Then book Wurzeltaler. This currency is valid at all our attractions. Your desired amount is loaded onto a prepaid card. At the turnstiles, the required number of Wurzeltaler are deducted until the card is empty.
If less than 5 Wurzeltaler remain at the end, we will refund them. The credit is valid for 2 years. Wurzeltaler are always issued on separate cards for children and adults, as the children's cards are cheaper.
You can only pay with Wurzeltaler for our attractions such as the toboggan run, chairlift, lake village, etc.
Food and drinks must be paid for in euros.
The recipient decides later what to use it for – completely relaxed and on site. They have three years to do so.
The 650-meter-long slope is extra wide, making it particularly family-friendly. In Wurzelrudi's Snow Park, the ski school area, the gradient is gentler – perfect for practicing and for beginners. The snow surface is freshly groomed daily using heavy equipment.
